All outright furniture purchases made through UR Home Furniture Center are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect measurements, or other non-defect-related reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, measurements, colors, and specifications before purchasing.

Furniture ordered specifically for a customer, including Ashley Furniture special orders, is subject to our final-sale policy. Product availability and estimated arrival dates may vary.

Any cancellation terms disclosed and agreed to at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.

Customers should inspect their furniture upon delivery or pickup and notify UR Home Furniture Center promptly of any damage, defects, missing components, or incorrect merchandise.

We will review reported issues and assist with applicable manufacturer warranty claims or other remedies required by law.

Our final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection or warranty laws.

Delivery, furniture assembly, and installation services are available for an additional charge.

Our standard delivery and installation fee is $150 within our designated service area, generally covering Novato through Healdsburg, including Sonoma.

Estimated delivery for in-stock merchandise is normally 2–4 business days, subject to scheduling and availability. Special-order delivery timelines may vary.

Furniture rentals and rent-to-own transactions are governed by the terms of each customer's signed rental or lease agreement.

The terms of those agreements, including any applicable return, cancellation, or early termination rights, take precedence over this retail purchase return policy where applicable.
